Do you ever feel hungry after a meal? Ever feel that you are constantly snacking? Constantly hungry? Well this could be because of your eating habits. And these eating habits are leading you down a tough road, that of hunger.

Hunger is one of man's most important innate traits. Yet, it is also fragile and can be easily abused. There are a number of reasons why you are not getting full. They range from your nutrition, to your daily activities. I would like to shed light on a few, and provide some help.

Did you know that it takes a typical person around fifteen minutes to eat a meal, yet your stomach takes TWENTY minutes to tell your brain that it is full! This means that after a good meal, one that should typically fill you up, there is a good chance you will still be hungry and inclined to ask for more portions!
